Agora Energiewende
Under the umbrella of Agora Think Tanks, Agora Energiewende develops politically feasible and science-based strategies and solutions for the transformation to climate neutrality – in Germany, Europe, and internationally.
As a think tank and policy lab we facilitate a productive exchange of ideas amongst stakeholders from politics, business, science and civil society. As a non-partisan, non-profit organisation funded by foundations and public institutions, we are independent of corporate and partisan interests. Our exclusive mission is to serve the climate and the common good.
Based on our deep expertise, we advise decision-makers and facilitate a productive exchange of ideas. Because no single institution can tackle the complexity of the transition from fossil fuels to renewables and to climate neutrality, Agora cultivates an intensive dialogue with stakeholders from politics, civil society, the economy, and science. In addition, we are cooperating closely with a global network of think tanks to develop jointly analysis and policy proposals that promote net-zero transition in particular in Southeast Asia.
To strengthen our Power System Transformation team in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a:
Project Lead / Project Manager –Energy Policy (f/m/d)
Full- or part-time (min. 32 hours) – based in Bangkok
As Project Lead / Project Manager working on Southeast Asia, you will be part of Agora Energiewende’s Power System Transformations Team and responsible for developing and managing research projects and stakeholder-oriented outreach activities. You will join a diverse team spread across Berlin, Brussels and Bangkok, to support energy transitions by cooperating closely with Agora’s network of local and international partners, with a particular focus on Thailand and the southeast Asian region.
