Agora Energiewende is an independent and non-partisan energy transition think tank with about 180 employees based in four locations worldwide: Berlin, Brussels, Beijing, and Bangkok. As an international organization, we provide expert analyses that support the energy transition in about twenty countries, working closely with our local partners. We combine research, dialogue, and public relations in our daily work. Importantly, we operate independently, free from economic or party-political interests. Our team is multinational and multidisciplinary, communicates primarily in English, and collaborates with various partners worldwide.
From our office in central Bangkok, we implement several projects in Thailand and ASEAN countries. Our Bangkok-based office hosts six permanent staff members and several long-term secondments from visiting colleagues each year.
